What is the Rank and Rent Business Model?
Rank and Rent is a business model where you build lead generation websites, optimize them to rank at the top of search engine results, and rent the leads (phone calls) they generate to local business owners needing more customers. This business model offers you some of the highest profit margins (80%+), low startup costs, and is less demanding compared to many other online business models.
Many online business models work, but what stands out with lead generation is the amount of control you have. You decide what niche you're going to generate leads in, what business you'll forward leads to, how much to charge them, and if you have to move on and work with someone else. These lead generation websites are your digital properties that can pay you on autopilot each month if you put in the work.
Who would "rent" a website from me?
Local business owners who don't have any idea how to do this "digital stuff" to find new clients and don't want to pay a full-time employee to do it. Employees cost a TON of money, way more money than they pay us to generate the leads for them.

Just like this solar panel installation business owner who pays me $1750 every month for me to send him leads. For him to hire a marketer that did everything in-house, he would spend a minimum of $3000 per month for that employee (and that is lowballing it) so it makes more sense for him to rent my already established/ranked website!

The above example is one of my higher paying clients. Most of my websites rent for between $500 - $1000 per month to start and then gradually pay more as the volume of leads I am generating increases.
